Tasting notes
The color of this great wine is golden yellow. The nose is generous and persistent with aromas of jammy and stewed fruit. The mouth is deep, generous and unctuous with slightly smoky notes. The tannins are sweet. The body of this wine is powerful with a mineral finish reminiscent of the Champtoceaux terroir. Can be served during the aperitif but will also go perfectly with all fish in sauce or natural, white meats and typical cheeses.
