Vinification by the traditional method.
The wine is pale yellow with a greenish tinge. The taste of wine is well balanced and has a rounded texture and lively acidity. Elegant aftertaste combines hints of lemon, lime, apple, peach, grapefruit and minerals. The expressive aroma of wine is woven from sharp notes of grapefruit and herbs, brackish mineral shades, juicy tones of green apple, apricot and gooseberry.
