Viticulture
Harvested by hand from the southern and eastern slopes, located on limestone soils.
Vinification
Vinification is carried out in wooden barrels.
Wine aging
The wine is aged in French oak barrels (depending on vintage updated from 20 to 80%) for 18 months. The peak of vintage maturity will be in 2019-2032.
Tasting notes
Wine of deep raspberry color. It has a velvety, fresh, delicate, charming taste with excellent structure, fruity notes and attractive mineral nuances. Aroma juicy, open, generous, rich aroma of wine reveals notes of blackberries, figs, black cherries, chocolate, nuances of cedar, mint and graphite. The latter becomes more pronounced with aeration.
