The wine has a translucent ruby color. The smooth, elastic texture of the taste of the wine is complemented by a sufficient amount of tannins to give it a clear structure and interest in the bouquet. It is composed of shades of cherry, blackcurrant, truffle and a whole firework of spicy hints: black pepper, musk, cinnamon, licorice and nutmeg. The silky aftertaste is distinguished by refinement and good duration. The wine reveals its aroma slowly and gradually, mesmerizing with a palette of cherries, smoke, anise, undergrowth, blackberries and dried herbs, light hints of wood, truffles and dried strawberries.
