Tasting notes
Pale yellow robe with green hue. Saint Romain has notes of white flowers and toasted bread on the nose when young. When it has been aged, the nose changes to Mirabelle (yellow plums) and light honey. In the mouth, its liveliness, minerality and body make it very approachable when young.
