The average age of the vines is 25-30 years.
Harvested by hand, selected, carefully sorted and gently pressed with a pneumatic press. Natural fermentation with natural yeast takes place in oak barrels, fermentation temperature is not controlled.
After spontaneous malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 24 months in old French oak barrels.
Storage potential-6-8 years.
Wine yellow-lemon color. The taste of the wine is voluminous, rich, bright, fresh, elegant, with tonic acidity, salty minerality and light spice in the aftertaste. The aroma of wine is filled with bright mineral tones, hints of citrus and exotic fruits and delicate floral nuances.
