Grape Variety: Sauvignon Blanc Exposure: south. Soil types: clay silica. Production area: 15 hectares. Age: 20 to 30 years. Driving: traditional culture wise. Yield: 65 hl / ha. Production: 3 500 cases per year.
Tasting notes
White wine, pale yellow. Nose with aromas of very pronounced varietals (Sauvignon). And nuances of fruit and citrus (grapefruit). On the palate, good balance between acid and fat. It retains good freshness and found the citrus flavors that we had to face.
