Description
Viticulture
Parcels located on the northern slope of the lesser Luberon range, down to the southern end of the Calavon river. Primarily sandy-clay soils.
Vinification
Winemaking: Harvested by hand, total de-stemming, and traditional vinification in concrete tanks.
Wine aging
Aged in temperature-controlled stainless tanks, before bottling.
Tasting notes
Deep garnet-red robe. Intense red fruits nose. In mouth, the attack is sharp. The mellow and silky tannins are in harmony with aromas of ripe fruits and spices.
