Parcels located on the northern slope of the lesser Luberon range, down to the southern end of the Calavon river. Primarily sandy-clay soils.

Low-temperature fermentation (13°C) in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to maintain the freshness of the aromas. 50% of the cuvée is vinified during 4 months in new oak barrels (300 and 500 liters).
Beautiful gold robe with silver tints. Elegant nose of citrus and mango. Barrel time contributes to toasty & buttery notes. Straightforward attack on the palate with spicy notes. Presents a floral and fruitful complexity and a mineral finish.
