Description
Viticulture
Parcels located on the northern slope of the lesser Luberon range, down to the southern end of the Calavon river. Primarily sandy-clay soils.
Vinification
Direct-pressing for the Grenache in order to maintain light color tones, while the Syrah is bled to enhance aromas.
Wine aging
Low-temperature fermentation (13°C) in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to maintain the freshness of the aromas.
Tasting notes
Bright robe with silver tints. Lovely nose of luscious strawberries. Beautiful freshness on the palate with intense notes of small red berries and sweets.
