The vineyard with an area of 2.25 hectares has clay-calcareous soils and east/southeast exposure. Harvesting is carried out exclusively by hand at the end of September and is carefully selected.
Fermentation with natural yeast and malolactic fermentation.
The wine is aged in oak barrels (20% new) for 12 months.
Wine brilliant golden-lemon color. The taste of the wine is rich, voluminous, rich, clear, refreshing, with a fine structure, elegant silky texture, hints of cream, citrus cream, ripe garden fruits and a long, fresh aftertaste. The rich aroma of wine reveals tones of toasted nuts (almonds and hazelnuts), hawthorn flowers, lemon peel, verbena, brioche buns and exquisite nuances of silicon.
