Pre-fermentation maceration takes place at a low temperature, then the wine is poured by gravity, without the use of noses, into new French oak barrels, in which the wine first undergoes malolactic fermentation.
Aged on lees for 14-15 months under controlled temperature.
The wine shows a straw color. The taste of wine is balanced, powerful, with bright tones of apricot and apple, hints of honey and honeysuckle. The flavor range is decorated with nuances of lemon pie and walnut. The finish is generous, long-lasting. The wine has a seductive, rich aroma with a creamy tinge, delicate tones of yellow fruit and toast, expressive accents of lemon and honey.
