Harvesting in 2011 took place from 31 August to 27 September.
After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and pressed, and then placed in a special double fermentation tank, fermentation takes place in the upper part, and malolactic fermentation takes place in the lower part, while the wine is moved by gravity.
Excerpt wine takes from 18 to 22 months in oak barrels, 80% of which are new.
The wine has a delightful, deep ruby-violet color. The taste of the wine is refined, full, powerful, with rich tannins, excellent structure and an incredibly long finish. The wine has a rich, luxurious aroma with notes of ripe red fruits and cocoa beans. Smoky and licorice nuances develop over time.
