Night harvests, cold direct pressing, fermentation at low temperature: 14°C and then 18°C at the end of the fermentation.
Tasting notes
Appearance : A beautiful peach color. Nose : An intense nose with notes of exotic fruits, citrus fruits and pomelo. Palate : On the palate, a structured wine with lychee, passion fruits and mango aromas. A subtle sweetness and a nice aromatic long finish.
