Harvesting is done by hand when the berries reach full maturity. At the winery, the berries are sorted and traditional vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
The wine is aged in oak barrels for at least 18 months.
Storage potential-4-10 years.
The wine is dark purple in color. The taste of the wine is rich, bright, well-balanced, with a juicy fruit core, fresh acidity, perfectly integrated tannins and a long, restrained aftertaste. The generous aroma of wine seduces with hints of cherry and plum jam, complemented by notes of dried flowers, herbs and cedar.
