Fermentation with native yeasts. Vinified and aged in French oak barrels (Berthomieu). Without addition of SO2 for Malo control. Bentonite bonding. Unfiltered wine.
Beautiful nose of ripe fruit, dense palate. Very melted and homogeneous oak. Notes of apricots, honey, almonds and hazelnuts. Food and wine pairing: Cheese, poultry, seafood and foie gras.
