After harvesting, the grapes are fermented at low temperature in steel vats.
The wine shows a light straw color with a greenish tint. The taste of wine is round, drinkable, fresh, with notes of white pear, banana, bergamot, lime and salty mineral nuances, balanced acidity and pleasantly tart, dry aftertaste. Notes of tropical fruits, yellow flowers and minerals form a sophisticated aroma of wine.
