Tasting notes
The 2017 Terrasses du Larzac, tasted as a representative blend assembled from several barrels, looks impressive. Violets, cracked pepper, vanilla and cassis all appear on the nose and lengthy finish of this medium to full-bodied, plush wine. It might not be quite as concentrated as the 2016, but it appears more elegant and complete. Joe Czerwinski
