Description
Tasting notes
Beautiful pale pink gold color with a beautiful effervescence. Trains of fine bubbles gather in a cordon. The dominant pinot gives it aromas of red fruits and applesauce and tarte tatin. The notes of fresh grapes then return when the Champagne warms up. The attack is soft and the roundness gives it a greedy character. Nice fruity length. This cuvée is ideal for aperitifs.
