Vinification
Hand-harvested in small bins at dawn to ensure concentrated and bright fruit flavours. The grapes were then carefully sorted, destemmed and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and cement vats. Matured in 2nd and 3rd use French 225L. oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting notes
Complex aroma where black fruits such as cherries, blackberries and spices stand out. Intense body and long finish. The presence of alcohol, acidity, round tannins achieve a balanced and harmonious wine.
