The juice is placed in stainless steel tanks where fermentation begins. After 10 days, it is poured into barriques and new oak barrels (10-20% of the total volume) for malolactic fermentation and aging. 3 months before bottling, the wine is poured back into steel tanks for 3 months. Bottling takes place without prior filtration.
Wine of brilliant straw-gold color. Rounded, full-bodied taste and its flexible texture create an extraordinary drinkability of the wine. A balanced, fresh accord reveals notes of pineapple, lychee, citrus and tropical fruit accents. The finish is long, with bright touches of orange peel. Refined, refreshing aroma of wine is full of fruity notes, accents of white flowers and refined touches of meadow herbs. Bright touches of lemon and grapefruit enliven the bouquet, while notes of peach give it a soft touch.
