Viticulture
The vineyard is committed to organic and biodynamic farming. Terroir : Clay-limestone soil, single or double Guyot pruning (arcure). Ploughing of the soil Our planting density is 6000 vines /ha The yield is 61 hl/ha. The vines are on average 95 years old.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts - malolactic fermentation. Vinification without SO²: only added at bottling if necessary. No inputs during vinification.

12 months maturing on lees in oak barrels
