The soil here is a deep layer of gravel interspersed with large rounded pebbles. Average age of vines-40 years. Planting density-10 thousand vines/ha.
The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by complete destemming, fermentation in steel tanks using remontage and malolactic fermentation.
The wine is aged for 18 months in French barriques, more than 50% of which are new. Before bottling, clarification is done with egg white.
Storage potential-30 years.
The wine shows a red-ruby color. The wine has a rich, refined taste with a good concentration of fruit undertones, flexible tannins and excellent texture. Against the backdrop of oak nuances, soft touches of cherries and plums stand out, and the long aftertaste is filled with spicy hints. The rich aroma of wine combines fruity and berry notes, decorated with subtle hints of wood and beautiful lace spicy shades.
