After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and pressed, and then placed in a special double fermentation tank, fermentation takes place in the upper part, and malolactic fermentation takes place in the lower part, while the wine is moved by gravity.
Excerpt wine takes from 18 to 22 months in oak barrels, 80% of which are new.
