The elaboration of Hacienda Real is carried out through the maceration of the must with its grape skins and gentle pressing of the grapes. Subsequently, a low-temperature fermentation takes place, followed by aging on the lees. It is important to note that this wine does not undergo aging in wooden barrels.
The tasting of our Hacienda Real reveals a ripe fruit aroma with hints of tropical fruits. On the palate, it exhibits a well-balanced combination of acidity and tannins, with a persistent and consistent aftertaste.
