Red wine get it from the coupage of the 5 appelations d’origen of red wine from Castilla y Leon: * Terroir from Arribes Silt-Sandy 8 % * Terroir from Bierzo Slate - Granite 16 % * Terroir from Ribera del Duero Silty sands & Clays 8 % * Terroir from Toro Sandy with Rolling Stones 60 % * Terroir from Zamora Sands & Clays 8 %
Vinification
All varieties are produced separately. Blended after fermentation for malolactic fermentation in barrels, and aged for 10 months.
Wine aging
Aging in 300 liters oak barrels during 10 months.
