Viticulture
This cuvée is made from a blend of our Beaujolais appellation vines, aged 60 on average. This wine titrated at 12.30% vol. brings great suppleness on the palate accompanied by fresh fruit and full of gluttony. The name of this cuvée is introduced by the fluid and trusting understanding between father and son, Hugo and his father Laurent.
