Maturity analyse, pressing and fermentation of the juice in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Without added yeast. From 2018, we don't treat the colour to make it clearer, so it's the natural colour of Pinot Gris.

Maximum expression of the grape, slightly golden colour. An aromatic wine, in the nose it's appealing with fruity aromas. In the mouth, its well balanced with a soft sweetness. Keeping potential of 5 years.
