Tasting notes
Colour The wine is pure pale golden color with a slight greenish tinge. The cream cap is formed by small bubbles. Taste The smooth, creamy taste of sparkling wine has a refreshing fruity sourness, which is accompanied by citrus notes. The aftertaste is complex, slightly spicy and soft thanks to the palpable notes of butter. Aroma The aroma of sparkling wine is dominated by shades of dried fruits and almonds, which are mixed with notes of apple and pear.
