Viticulture
The grapes are grown on soils composed of clay and sand, which bring delicacy and smoothness this produce. The vineyard is located on a terraced cobbly, limestone terrain forming slopes of various gradients.
Vinification
After a pressing process with the use of inert gas, the must is coldfermented with carefully selected yeasts that will reveal the aromatic delicacy.
Wine aging
The wine is placed for a short time in wooden casks so that it acquires some volume and complexity.
Tasting notes
The wine is light yellow in color with a brilliant golden hue. His complex nose is composed of a combination of floral aromas and white fruits such as peaches or apricots, from which come hints of roasted nuts and vanilla. A simple, concentrated attack is followed by a deep and aromatic sensation in the mouth. Subtle floral scents complement the well-balanced taste.
