Viticulture
This wine comes from a vineyard situated in Saint Vincent de Pertignas in the Entre-deux-Mers. The vineyards are located on an excellent soil which gives fine, delicate, elegant wine, with a great aromatic complexity. Our wine making techniques combine the most modern processes with the respect of time-proved traditional Bordeaux procedures.
Vinification
Fermentation occurs in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
Wine aging
Thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks and concrete.
Tasting notes
To the eye : Beautiful dark red colour. To the nose : Flowery and fruity smells. To the palate : Round and powerful in the mouth. Pleasant finish, long and harmonious with spicy notes.
