Tasting notes
This Malvoisie wine from the Coteaux d’Ancenis is both gentle and voluptuous, it’s color has coral hints. The nose is expressive, fresh and subtle with honeysuckle and white flower aromas. The mouth feel is harmonious and generous with strong notes of fresh fruit and a slightly mineral finish, the body is well structured with a long finish. Ideal served during the aperitif, fish terrine, pâté in pastry, foie gras.
