Grapes picked early morning, directly pressed, vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve purity of fruit and youthful acidity.
The cold soaking enables the wine to build aromatic finesse and body. Lovely ripe citrus aromas with our long signature aromatic finish. To be enjoyed as an aperitif or with summer meals.
