Cold maceration in small vats.
Wine aging
To age the wine for 14 months, oak barrels were used, 50% of which are new.
Tasting notes
The wine is dark raspberry color with purple highlights. It has a rich, generous, refined, noble taste with notes of ripe cherries, plums, black currants and vanilla, rounded tannins and a long, invigorating aftertaste with nutty and chocolate nuances. The wine conquers with an elegant aroma filled with tones juicy black fruits, violet flowers, liqueur and spicy spices. Light chocolate, smoky and earthy nuances give a special piquancy to the bouquet.
