Viticulture
Clay-silty soils Production area 2 hectares Average age of the vine from 4 to 30 years. Planting density of 4000 to 5500 vines / hectare. Royat and guillot cutting methods. Yield 20 hectoliters / hectare.
Vinification
Grape varieties vinified separately in vats thermo-regulated stainless steel. cold stabilization, settling and start of fermentation alcoholic maintained between 16° and 18°C.
Wine aging
Manual in small boxes. First control of the grapes on the vine. Harvest isolated in a cold room. Pressing in whole bunches. Harvest date on August 23 (Chardonnay) and September 9 (Little Manseng).
Vintage details
Thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks and in barrels new 500 liters for 9 months.
Tasting notes
Slightly golden robe. A nose with notes of exotic fruits. Barrel aging gives this wine a nice fruity attack and a nice length in the mouth.
