Description
Vieillissement du vin
The aging on slats lasts approximately 18 months, which allows the optimal balance between yeasts harmoniously melted in the wine and aromas of fresh fruit. During disgorgement, the dosage of the liquor is limited to 3 g / l in order to offer a wine as natural as possible.

Sparkling wine, lively and fine. The result of a harmonious blend of the fruit and suppleness of Pinot Blanc, the acidity and freshness of Riesling, as well as the richness and structure of Pinot Gris, our desire is to reveal here a refreshing and festive Crémant.
