Selected wine from 10 hectares cultivated organically. They are vines over 50 years old which are located at an altitude of 650 meters. Harvested in boxes of 12 kilos and scrupulous selection at the table once the grapes are received at the winery. · Cold premaceration for 48 to 72 hours. · Alcoholic fermentation between 18 and 25 degrees.
Ripe and bright cherry colour. Aroma with fruity and elegant memories. On the palate it is round, soft and velvety. It has a long, persistent aftertaste with a pleasant memory.
