Manual selection of bunches Soils of alluvial origin, yellowish brown in color, deep and well drained with moderate water retention capacity. Formed by layers of interspersed gravel, sand and clay.
Vinification
Harvest time: From September 26 Maceration time: 15-25 days Type of fermentation: In stainless steel tanks and oak foudres under temperature control Alcoholic fermentation time: 7 days Fermentation temperature: 25-28°C
Wine aging
For 18 months in French oak barrels (91%), 30Hls foudres (5%) and stainless steel tanks (4%).
Tasting notes
The wine beckons with a generous and multifaceted aroma, woven from notes of blackberry, blueberry, cherry, undergrowth, oak, smoke and vanilla. The wine shows a full and round flavor with a silky texture, a fruity heart and a persistent aftertaste.
