WINE: VINYES VELLES GARNATXA · 714 ESTATE: Manou is at an altitude of 650 meters at the Serra Les Gritelles in the Cornudella Valley. Centenarian vines derived from Carignan vines that resisted phylloxera and with limited production
Vinification
WINEMAKING: Hand-harvested in boxes in early October 2019. Alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts for 24 days.
Wine aging
Aged for 18 months in a 225 liter barrel with its lees
