Viticulture
WINE: GRITELLES ANCESTRAL NEGRE ESTATE: The Vedrenyes Carignan vineyard is at an altitude of 500 meters at the foot of Montsant where the river Siurana in the Cornudella Valley.
Vinification
WINEMAKING: Hand-harvested in boxes in early October 2022. Natural fermentation for 30 days and bottled at density 997 without any intervention or addition. Bottled with its yeast before finishing fermentation. Continue fermenting in the bottle. Sparkling wine from native red grapes from the Cornudella de Montsant valley. No sulfites added.
