Manual harvest.
Fermented in small 1000 liter tanks. Made in a completely traditional way, with manual punching. Only clean wine is devatted without any pressing. Clarification with the cold of winter. Wine not stabilized or filtered.
Colour: Intense ruby red with purple rims. Aroma: Intense and very frank. Red fruits such as cherries, raspberries and berries (blackberries). In the background notes of undergrowth and leaf litter. Taste: Fresh and electric entry in the mouth. The wine is very fruity with a great balance between acidity and alcohol. Good volume in the mouth with well polished tannins. Very persistent with clear notes of kirsch at retro-olfaction.
