Harvesting is carried out when the berries reach optimal ripeness, usually in the second half of September. Productivity is 9 tons per hectare. Vinification of the must is carried out in the traditional way with strict temperature control.
Storage potential: 3-4 years.
The wine is bright pink in color. Floral aroma with hints of red berries and fruits. The taste is silky, soft and elegant. Delicate and smooth, but also bright, with seductive summery fruity undertones and a refreshingly soft yet dry finish.
