Low yields from vines more than 50 years and classical system goblet. Manual harvest. Limestone and stony soils, located between 600 and 850 meters provide a better permeability and aeration obtaining wines with body and colour. Vineyards protected by the "Biosphere Reserve" by UNESCO in 2003.
Traditional, previously selected and de-stemmed grapes. Controlled temperature fermentation at 24º to 27 ºC for 12 days in stainless steel tanks.
Aged in French oak barrels.
2015 very good. An excellent vegetative and sanitary state of the vineyard, with the absence of pests allowing. Very good maturation, elegant tannins, exceptional smoothness, very good balance and a structure that gives them remarkable conditions for aging.
