- Preparation: Destemming without crushing. Vatting and cold maceration for 4 days. - Fermentation: Spontaneous with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks - Malolactic: In stainless steel tanks
- Ageing: 12 months in French and American oak barrels (90/10%) - Refinement: On bottle rack for 10 months
- Colour: Highly intense cherry red - Bouquet: Nuances of ripe black fruit to the fore, with hints of spice and ageing that blend into the overall effect - Palate: A powerful, robust, concentrated and fullbodied whole, strongly structured in the mouth thanks to rounded, elegant tannin and moderate acidity, making every sip a real delight, and with a lingering aftertaste
