Tasting notes
Tasting note: Visual Phase: Presents a cherry red colour layer half-hitching, very clean. Olfactory Phase: High intensity with powerful black fruits aromas combined with balsamic notes and undergrowth notes in the glass that increases over time. Taste Phase: A flavoursome wine structured and balanced with personality. Well- integrated wood, redand black fruits with spicy notes. Very persistent. Pairing: Recommended with roasts and grills, red meats and also stewed legumes with pig meat. It is also recommended with some pâtés and cured cheeses.
