High expression. It is a good example of a careful elaboration that seeks excellence in a process that takes care of every detail. The Syrah, perfectly acclimatized to the terrain of our Los Azares estate, provides aromatic intensity, with nuances of wild blackberries and currants, providing volume and soft, pleasant tannins. The Petit Verdot with an intense color, rich in tannins, combining structure and acidity, to give the wine very good stability over time. A specific care of the vineyard, subjected to water stress and a nocturnal harvest, on different dates, seeking the optimal moment of maturation of each variety, followed by careful oenological work in the assembly of both varieties and aging for 8 months in French and American oak barrels, result in an exceptional wine. The strength of the Petit Verdot, the delicacy and aromatic intensity of the Syrah and the nuances of the aging, are integrated to give rise to a unique experience.
