LA MANCHA TASTING NOTES: • It has been produced from a selected harvest. • Dark cherry-red colour. • The nose has elegant, intense fruit aromas. • In the mouth it is well structured, full-bodied and tasty, with a good finish. • It is good with meat dishes, roasts and younger cheeses. • Should be served at a temperature of approximately 18ºC.
