Monovarietal made from grapes of the 100% Tempranillo variety. Comes from vines grown naturally using only organic fertilizers plants without herbicides or insecticides. The crop is upland, limestone-clay soils as well settled on limestone bedrock strata. The vineyards are situated at 750 m elevation. The health of the grapes is due to aeration, soil, and a harsh climate that facilitate organic farming. Age of plants is 20-30 years
