Marsala Vergine Vintage 1999 is a fortified dry wine that is aged in big oak barrels where a slow oxidative aging process occurs. It should be tasted after at least 5-15 minutes from disgorgement at a temperature of 15-20°C to fully appreciate its aromas. The wine might have some deposit because it is neither filtrated nor refrigerated to preserve its organoleptic characteristics.
