Grapes ripen on mineral-rich soils, thanks to which the future wine acquires the mineral features and a clear structure characteristic of the terroir.
At the winery, the fruits are traditionally vinified to create white wines, taking place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
The aroma is full-bodied with creamy soft hints of pear and wild vanilla. A delightful complex taste, in which floral notes, opening up, turn into fruity notes of Berlipsch apples.
